A devotion to Old School NYC typography is the thread that ties together Carl Fredrik Angell and Boris Iochev. This is the embark of a new partnership where the longevity of things created by hand & heart is what matters. We pledge our future efforts to a long forgotten art form - authentic hand-painted store signs.
In April 2013, Carl just completed 3 months internship with Best Dressed Signs in Boston, while for Boris Iochev that was the industry standard at the beginning of his career.
Call us crazy for going against the grain vinyl-decal-mass-producers, but it's worth trying. We do believe that "steel-is-real" when it comes to bicycles, that the sound of vinyl LP records would never be matched by digital CDs and that hand-painted signs have soul.
